2 As the sign says, it's a narrow winding road, so take your time. It would be a great place to tootle along on a Harley for a few hours.
3 None of the guide books mentioned anything about having to use the Daintree River Ferry and being a captive audience, they sting you accordingly.
4 Even though it is the only cable operated ferry in North Queensland and it's not a bad view on the crossing, $16 for a 10 minute ferry ride is nothing short of robbery in my books.
