1 If you've got wheels, drive the 30 miles (45 kilometers) to the town of Eagle. I stayed at the Eagle Holiday Inn Express for $60.00 and loved it. Especially when compared to the cheapest I could find in Vail whis was $110.00.
One of the best feeds I've ever had was at the local hangout, the Grand Avenue Grill. Great tucker!!!
