I'm going to give these two dishes a red hot crack when I next have company over. Both were free "bar snacks" and were real moorish.
One is a stone ground frijoels (beans) topped with grated parmesan cheese and tortilla chips. The second is pickled cauliflower, carrot onion and poblano chilli with a lime dressing.
