My planned Cape Point Full Day Tour ½ didn't get of to the best of starts, to say the least.
Firstly the tour company missed the promised 7AM pick up time, even though I confirmed all the tour details the previous day. I then get picked up and overheard the driver organizing the rest of the passengers on a "vineyard tour" that he thought that I was on. Finally they sent another driver to take me over to the other side of Cape Town, to meet up with the tour party that I was meant to be travelling with.
I had a ½ hour wait at the Camps Bay Car Park and was over-joyed to find that I was joining tour group of only 6 passengers, rather than the 44 I was meant to be on. It was now about two hours later than the advertised starting time, but as they say "This Is Africa".
