While waiting for my tour bus to arrive, I heard all this shouting and screaming out the front of my hotel - the Strand Tower Hotel.
As it turns out, one of the street vendors cart had gotten away from him and he was yelling for some assistance, before it smashed into the vehicles that had stopped at the traffic lights.
