Seasons Greetings, Mazel Tov - Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanzaa, Merry Christmas or however you celebrate in your neck of the woods.
I'd be a fair statement that I was a bit dusty getting up, thanks to Karlie's insistence that I get into the "Christmas Sprirt".
Not sure if partaking in numerous White Russian's out of a gravy boat was the spirit our forbearers where thinking of, but I sure as shit had a good time in doing so. 
We tucked into a great Christmas lunch with Karlie and her parents before packing up the ute, making our farewells and cruising down the M79 Calder Highway in to Melbourne.
After getting squared away at the Holiday Inn, which included a few funny looks from me carting my swag, Waeco fridge and several bags up to our room. It must have looked like the Clampett's had moved in.
We spent Christmas dinner with a couple of great mates of mine - Rodney "Rab" Watkins and Harry "Uncle Arthur" Stubbins, in a Japanese restaurant, which was literally the only place serving food that we could find open within walking distance from our respective hotels.
