Apparently it's time for me to earn my keep. Sonia and Fluxy have an old Queenslander style house that they are slowly renovating and rather nicely too I might add. They have only one phone jack for the entire upstairs of the house and the satellite cable could only be best described as a shambles, so while the walls are open — it's time for getting things right.
The day was spent floating all around town tracking down all the parts, bits & pieces to get the house wired up properly, as tomorrow I've got to get dirty.
Fluxy's old man Tom made the trip down the road with his better half Ann to help out over the weekend. Rather than staying at home and cooking and seeing as it was not an AFD (Alcohol Free Day), we all headed over to the local pub in time for the raffles, a feed and a punt on the pokies.
That's all she cried.
