After a bit of hunting around, only to find a lot of restaurants simply could not accommodate all 20+ patrons – let alone the hosting the world famous Dingoes and our team dinner.
We settled on a local joint ... located literally in the adjoining basement of our hotel.
A few people had some trepidations about trying the local cuisine, but at the end of the night, everyone survived not knowing exactly what they were eating, but more importantly, everyone had a great time.
