This predominantly farming region lies on the western slopes of the Great Dividing Range in southern Queensland.
The landscape is dominated by rolling hills covered by pastures of many different species, vegetables, legumes including other crops auch cotton, wheat, barley and sorghum, as well as being used to raise livestock
