Today was a total 'Slack Attack' kinda day. Aside from reading a book, the only thing I attempted was trying to get a Zero UV filter for my camera. This endeavour took me up to "Robina Town Centre".
Trying to get around the shopping centre was a lesson in 'combat shopping'. What is it with people who go crackers over New Year sales which turns them into obnoxious, rude and self-centred douchebags - all in the name of getting a couple of dollars off an item they wouldn't remember in a week??
In the end, rather than playing mama's & papa's with Bubba overnight in the "Greybar Hotel", by ripping the eyeballs out, of a Mastercard wielding wanna-be Kardashian, with a blunt spoon - I headed over to my favourite fella's place - "Dan Murphy" and simply stocked up for the New Year.
