TABBIMOBLE SWAMP ~ A1 Car Park (New South Wales, AUS)

TRIP MILEAGE – 2,992 miles or 4,815 kilometres
Of note for the days travel, was that I managed to find the world's longest car park, on the "A1" around "Tabimobile Swamp", about 90 miles (145 kilometres) from my destination.
Fortuitously for me, I had installed a UHF radio into my ute prior to the trip and was listening to the chatter from the truckies, who'd been stuck in walking pace or stopped traffic for up to 2 hours so far. I jumped on the GPS, sussed out some options and then hung a left on New Italy Road which resulted in the 15 mile/½ hour detour into Woodburn saving me an untold amount of time.
