1 First jow was to dig out the window well to meet the city's egress codes.
2 Ripping the carpet of found it was glued to 2x6's bolted to the concreted slab.
3 Digging the holes for the front of the new porch deck.

6 The new egress window well is in place, the landscape allows for better run off from the house and the rear ledger board for the porch deck is installed.
