Off all the trips I've taken so far, I think this "Taco's & Toucan's 2019" trip has taken the most planning and coordination, which is something I generally do not associate with my travels, as I like to shoot from the hip and experience both the journeys and the destinations.
With the assistance of my travel agent Michelle Jardine, at Travel Associates - Castletown, we came up with an itinerary that had me (a) back in my second home of Boise after a decade away, (b) exploring Cuba before it becomes way too "touristy", (c) experiencing the history and culture and diversity of Mexico and Central America and (d) getting to hang out with one of my best mates - Dash, on the way home.
In total, I think I'll be on the road for around 73 days .... just on 10½ weeks and to show you just how big an undertaking this is - click on the Travel Directions icon/link for an overview map of the entire trip.
Truth be told, I'm packing a shit-tonne of travel, exploring and adventure into a small timeframe, but as I've always said "You'll never never know if you never never have a go".
