TRIP MILEAGE – 5,325 miles or 8,570 kilometres
After a couple of relaxing days in Moeraki, we hit the road with no real plans other than meeting our homeward flights on Saturday morning.
We pulled up for morning tea at Cafe Time in Ashburton, where I fired up the laptop to have a scrounge around for activities and accommodation in the area.
As nothing particularly was jumping out at us, we toddled on in to Christchurch where were able to secure an Air B&B 3 bedroom apartment, until we left the country in a couple of days.
