With the dawning of a new day, comes the realization that our arrival in Barcelona would bring a close to Part I of the trip, but in the interim, we spent most of the morning hugging the coastline of the Belearic Sea, up into Spain’s second largest city.
We got in around lunchtime and as no rooms were ready, we parked up all our goods & chattels before heading out for some lunch. We met up about 2 hours later and Fredy took us out on our final orientation walk for the next couple of hours. We ended dropping four of the group at the opera, while Fredy and I headed out for a few "adult beverages" on our Pat Malone.

Day 13 - Valencia/Barcelona
Travel to Barcelona and take an orientation walk, including visits to the Gothic Quarter and Las Ramblas. Opt to enjoy an evening of tapas and wine to round out the day.
Take the bus to Barcelona. Join a CEO-led orientation walk before free time to explore this unique city.
Visit the old Gothic Quarter with its maze of dark streets, historic cathedral, medieval buildings, bars, and cafés. Stroll Las Ramblas, a large tree-lined pedestrian boulevard perfect for people watching and window shopping.
