Loch Lomond has the largest surface area of fresh water Loch in the UK. The Loch is 24 miles long and five miles wide and at its deepest point is some 600 feet deep.
On the Loch there are approximately 38 Islands, some of them inhabited. Inchmurrin is the only isalnd in the groups with a hotel built on it - Loch Lomond Self Catering Accommodation.
The majority of the photos were taken from the Balmaha Boat Yard which kind of resembles an English nautical version of good ol' American poor white trash trailer park.
