Two more sleeps until I head over to the land of the Long White Cloud!!! 
OK, settle down Trendsetters. I know it sounds like I've got a few roos loose in the top paddock, but I needed to take a week off to simply chill out and do nothing other than relax and recharge the batteries.
Thanks to my brother and sister in law - Mike & Bekah, and to having the ability to ride my Harley anytime I've wanted to, I think I've met those goals.
One of the joys that I simply love, which anyone can experience and doesn't coast a cent is the sound of children laughing. I'm a guest in Mike & Bekah 's home and am sharing the house with their 4 year old daughter Myah and her nearly 2 year old brother Mikey. Having those two "billy lids" floating around keeps you on your toes, but the house is generally filled with laughter. One of life's simple pleasures.
Don't tell anyone, but Uncle Fitzy has been playing Barbie dolls and Princesses with Myah. Who knew that there were "rules" in playing Barbie, but apparently there are - just ask Myah.
Also, never try and explain reasoning to a 4 year old. No matter how hard or long you argue, they will eventually bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.
Tomorrow I'll give you a bit of guff on my plans in New Zealand.
