Glacier Highway Motel
We were literally some of the very first guests of the brand new Glacier Highway Motel, located just outside of Franz Josef.
The rooms are basically self-contained, so with fair bit of last night’s leftover roast chicken and a quick trip to the shop for some tomatoes, onions, cheese and tortilla's - we knocked up some Chicken Enchilada's to watch the sunset with.
