You know when they say that the place has "million dollar views", our overnight Air B&B accommodations had $4.5 million dollar views, based on the recent Homes.co.nz Valuation. Check out the Agents Video to get some scope of the property.
Admittedly we only had the entire second floor of the building, but by far the one of the best places I've ever parked up on my travels.
Have to share a funny story with you though - Sharon made the comment that the neighbour’s dog seems to be very obedient, as she had been observing it sitting by the mailbox for the best part of half an hour. We all had a hell of a good laugh at Shazza’s expense as “the dog” was actually a concrete lawn ornament. I’m thinking Sharon needs a couple more G&T’s to get her eye in. 
Dinner that night was a takeaway affair, where we all just sat back and take in our $4.5 million views of Wellington and its harbour.
