Arrocería La Valenciana (Paella Making)

For something completely different, half a dozen of us (Deserie, Joseph, Emily, David, Fredy & yours truly) decided to do partake in learning how to make the national dish of Spain - Paella.

We trundled over to the Arrocería La Valenciana cooking school/restaurant, where we prepared and then cooked our own meals, that actually originated in València way back when.
