As we have just the one full day in Puebla de Zaragoza, I spent the entire day wandering around one-way streets, hidden Mercado’s and 'hole-in-the-wall' spots that open out to large courtyard restaurants, guest houses or commercial enterprises, which made the city such a fun place to explore.
