It was a beautiful sunshine filled day in Mexcio City and I decided to make the most of it by wandering around on foot.
The first thing I noticed was that the major thoroughfares were devoid of any vehicular traffic as the city bans them for most of the day, which allows all the 'lycra lunatics' their time in the sun. A great initiative I reckon - closing the roads that is ..... as lycra is not for everybody nor every body. 
I had a great time checking out the Paseo de la Reforma, Centro Histórico and La Condessa neighbourhoods - a great day all round if the truth be told.
