Fuente de los Coyotes

Friday March 29th, 2019

In the center of the Parque Centenario stands the Fuente de los Coyotes bronze statue and fountain portraying a pair of coyotes surrounded by jets of water.

Created in 1967, this public artwork makes reference of the borough’s name, which translates as 'place of the abundant coyotes' in the Nahuatl language of the Aztecs.
