Mercados Centrales

As we were partaking in a cooking lesson at the La Tortilla Cooking School, we trundled over to the local Mercados Centrales (Central Markets) to gather the ingredients our miday meal.
The markets also houses the local Chicken Bus depot, which is an explosion of colour and riotous noise levels, with vendors enticing passengers into their own uniquely branded ex-USA school busses.
