The "Taco's & Toucan's" Trip

Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio

Thursday May 16th, 2019

After dropping the 'Planning Committee' off at Manuel Antonio Beach, I returned to Quepos, collected Lila and by 8AM we were strolling through the gates of the Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio (Manuel Antonio National Park).

Established in 1972, the park measures 1,983 hectares (7.66 miĀ²) in size and we spent the best part of 4 enjoyable hours exploring the park from the well laid out and maintained nature trails. We were able to view white face monkeys, lizards and crabs of all shapes & sizes as well as a huge array of birdlife and insects.
