As we'd arrived in La Fortuna well after sunset last night, we never got a quick look around the town, other than heading out for a feed and a couple of beers.
Imagine my surprise when walking out of the Hotel Las Colinas and finding the 1,140 meter (3,740 foot) Chato Volcano with steam billowing out from its peak.
