Birds Nests
Sunday November 20th, 2016
Around mid-afternoon Mama Lolo enlightened us on the nesting habits of one of the local bird population, which was quite interesting. Apparently the male builds the nest, with an entry at the bottom to keep predators away, in order to attract a female partner. If she likes the nest, then happy days. If she doesn't, then off she goes and the nest is destroyed and the male starts again.
It doesn't take a rocket surgeon to see how that behaviour is mimicked in humans, does it?
