NOTE TO SELF: Probably not the best thing to do when informing the painter that I'm having the floors sanded and refinished on Monday.
The painter quoted me about a day (it took 3), to paint the dining room & lounge room walls, ceilings, doors and trim. I suppose painting of the floors, front deck and new door mat were an added "bonus"???
