ANZAC Bridge
Saturday September 25th, 2010
There were two bridges over Johnstons Bay before the construction of the ANZAC Bridge. The first bridge was constructed in 1860 and the second in 1903.
In 1995, both bridges were replaced with the 8-lane cable-stayed bridge you now see spanning Johnstons Bay, between Pyrmont and Glebe Island.
