With today being the penultimate day in Melbourne for both Karlie and myself, and with Karlie having a couple of prior engagements before she flew back to Perth, on the other side of the country, I decided to take the ute for one last lap of Melbourne.
It must have been the Christmas/New Year period, but my first stop was at the "Queen Victoria Markets", which was somewhat disappointing. There were not a lot of stalls open, but the ones that were open were selling touristy trinkets and knock-off looking crap and wanting top dollar for it.
From there it was over to "DFO South Wharf" to grab some new threads, before spending the best part of the afternoon out at "St Kilda", near the famous "Luna Park".
One final dinner with "Karlie", "Ashley Gibson", his wife "Kalindi" and her family, was held at the appropriately named "Spicy Affair Bar & Restaurant" and although we were all headed in different directions in the morning, it was a great way to end this portion of the trip - with friends & family.
