Just above the town of Paucartambo, is the tiny settlement of Huchuy Qosqo, which is another of G Adventures community based Planeterra projects.
The Sacred Valley Community Restaurant, is an initiative related to operating a restaurant and includes agricultural and farming for a "farm-to-table" style program. Got to say that it was a tasty lunch.
