As part of the festival, the committee had organized a "Parade Of Nations", from the Fukuoka City Hall to the Welcoming Party venue, about 2 kilometres away in Maizuru Park.
In an awesome show of support, the streets were lined with locals, the curious and the bewildered for the entire route.
