As Bek & Mike (sister & brother in-law) would be looking after my Harley and SUV while I'm away, AND they're giving me a lift to the airport, I got them to pull over at Fuddruckers - Grapevine and shouted them dinner for their hospitality.
As it turns out, this was my first crack with eating at a Fuddruckers and I'dd have to say that "funny name - but great feed". 
I was looking at 16+ hours of bum numbing cattle class flights with United Airlines, but you've got to love free Mileage Plus upgrade vouchers as I ended up, in the bubble, at the pointy end of the plane ..... Business Class ..... over and back - shuweeettt!!!
