Church Of St. Lawrence
(Igreja de São Lourenço)
Originally built in 1560, "St. Lawrence's Church", also known as Feng Shun Tang (Church of Smooth-sailing Wind), is one of the three oldest churches in Macau.
The church was built in memory of "Saint Lawrence", who was one of the seven deacons of the city of Rome, Italy, under Pope Sixtus II and is regarded by Portuguese as a patron saint in navigation.
