I hopped on one of the many Casino shuttle buses and was dropped me off at the "Grand Emperor Hotel/Casino", which is right in the middle of the "Sé Parish".
I found the locals were still cleaning up the remnants of Typhoon Hato and Tropical Cyclone Pakhar that had ripped through less than a week ago.
