WESTS RLFC - Elimination Final Replay

After our 38 all draw on Sunday, both Central and ourselves had to back up on Wednesday to replay the Elimination Final with the winner playing United in the Grand Final on Sunday.
If the truth be told both Centrals and ourselves were not overjoyed with participating in the replay as Sunday's match was pretty bruising an torrid affair and we all were nursing a fair amount of lumps, bumps and bruising.
It would be fair to say that when we hit 22 points to 2 that the intensity of the match had diminished considerably, as both teams had one eye on what they were going to be doing next Sunday.
The final score ended up 33 to 24 and for me it was a hollow victory, as we didn't need to play the match. I felt for the Centrals boys, as the vast majority were great blokes and good mates.
