A patch of dirt and weeds was the start point of our new 36 foot (11 metre) by 32 foot (10 metre) two storey shed/garage with a shower and toilet.
We also specified the use of "living trusses" which would allow us to easily convert the upper level into liveable space such as a "granny flat".
